Nilson Acosta Reyes

Graduado de Máster en Arquitectura en el Instituto de Arquitectura y Construcción de Alma Atá, Kazajstán en 1988, es Vicepresidente de Monumentos del Consejo Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural, Presidente de la Comisión Nacional de Monumentos y Punto Focal de Cuba para la Convención del Patrimonio Mundial Cultural y Natural, es Miembro de ICOMOS  Cuba, organización en la que se desempeñó como Secretario General entre 2002 y 2013, ha sido consultor de la UNESCO para asuntos relativos al Patrimonio Mundial y los Sitios de Memoria de la Ruta del Esclavo, ha publicado artículos sobre estas temáticas, es colaborador de la Facultad de Arquitectura del Instituto Superior Politécnico José Antonio Echevarría, el Colegio San Gerónimo de la Universidad de La Habana y Miembro de la Unión Nacional de Arquitectos e Ingenieros de la Construcción de Cuba.

Moulshri Joshi

Architect and academic leading the award-winning design practice Space Matters based in New Delhi. She has taught for over decade at the prestigious School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi and has been a visiting faculty at the Urban Ecological Planning program at Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim. Moulshri’s professional & academic works reflect her strong base in environmental, social and political concerns of urbanism.

Kaie Metsaots

She holds PhD degree in landscape architecture from Estonian University of Life Sciences. Her dissertation “Holistic development of the oil shale region as an industrial heritage, recreational, sports and tourism district” (2019) was built around a series of social science studies. Kaie’s research interests are perceptions of industrial landscapes and heritage, how these landscapes could be used for the advantage of the development of a declining industrial region, and adaptive reuse and ecological restoration.

Evgeniy Pavlovich Mosienko

The focus is on industrial history, pre-war and post-war of the former East Prussia (Kaliningrad Region).

Preferred industrial facilities: are bridges, watertowers, energy systems, grain elevators, railroad systems, tram systems. Architectural styles - interwarmodernism, brutalism. Industrial microhistory through the life of the working class. Project owner - #ostpreussentours (est. 2015) -  development and implementation tourism routes of industrial heritage of Kaliningrad region. Co-founder of the non-commercial Organization “Light Tower”.
