knowledge. In the same University is a member of the Industry, History and
Heritage Network, as member of the Organizing Committee.
Viktor Mácha
He comes from Prague where
he attended Theology and Religious Studies at Charles University. Since 2006 he
has been travelling around the world at his own expense, documenting the heavy
industrial sites such as ironworks, steelworks, rolling mills, forges,
foundries and/or coke plants.
Dora Chatzi
Rodopoulou
Architect Engineer,
specialised in the conservation and reuse of industrial heritage. Treasurer of
the Greek Section of the International Committee for the Conservation of the
Industrial Heritage (TICCIH). She holds an MSc Hons in Preservation,
Conservation and Reuse of Buildings from Delft University of Technology
(TUDelft). She is currently a PhD candidate in the Chair of Heritage and Design
at TUDelft, Faculty of Architecture.
Knut Markhus
Director at Kraftmuseet –
Norwegian Museum of Hydropower and Industry. Has been head of several other
museums and culture organizations, and has also worked as a journalist and
historian. Higher degree in history from the University of Bergen, Norway.
